Spent most of the day yesterday without power at home.

- Called 11:00 AM to report outage. Reply from the power company: "yes, it's a general outage in the whole neighbourhood, will be back soon".

- Nothing new at 2:00 PM, called again: "yes, we are aware of it, it's in the whole neighbourhood, should be fixed by 4:00 PM"

- At 5:30 PM: "yes, almost done".

- Then at 8:00 PM, back from the mall we realize that we still have no power. But our neighbours do. General outage, yeah right.

- Calling the power company, explaining the story: "oh OK... well someone will come tomorrow morning".

(I ended up fixing the fuse myself)
